Meet the Board
Dakota Wind Energy, LLC has elected a dedicated group of area community members. The Board of Governors, made up of nine members, have all invested in the development along with their project developer, National Wind, LLC. Our members are excited and proud to bring a project of this magnitude to northeast South Dakota and to provide an excellent economic resource for the community.
The board will keep our members informed on the progress of our development efforts. Their goal is to promote local participation and awareness of the project and to work closely with the landowners throughout every stage. They want to give the people involved the opportunity to influence the project in a positive way.
